New Labor Calendar Posts: Two Screenings Have Just Been Posted

Liberty will be screened next Thursday, January 27: the award-winning
film tells the story of a Northern Virginia county’s explosive debate over
immigration and will be followed by a discussion with director Annabel Park.
Brother Outsider: Busboys and Poets hosts a free screening of
Brother Outsider: The Life of Bayard Rustin on Sunday,
February 13 followed by a panel discussion on Rustin, an influential
1960's civil rights leader, gay rights activist and founder of the A. Philip
Randolph Institute, and the ongoing struggle for voting rights. Panel members
include filmmaker Bennett Singer and Ilir Zherka, Executive Director of DC Vote.
