Holiday Basket Project Underway

Preparing for record demand this year from struggling families in the metro area, the Community Services Agency’s annual Holiday Basket Project is underway and looking for help. “Working families have been hit especially hard this year,” says CSA Executive Director Kathleen McKirchy. “This time of year can be extremely difficult for those of us who are less fortunate – your contributions really do make a difference and are much appreciated.” The CSA is accepting monetary donations and gift cards from union-friendly grocery stores and is also encouraging people to organize food drives and adopt families in need.
