Who's the 2010 Scrooge of the Year? Find out at tonight's DC Jobs with Justice's Winter Cabaret, complete with hand dancing lessons, the Scrooge of the Year announcement, music by DJ Stankfoot, signature Scroogedriver cocktails and homemade deserts. "What good is sitting alone, in your room?" sang the great Louis Armstrong, "Come hear the music play. Life is a cabaret, old chum, Come to the cabaret." The Cabaret runs from 8-midnight at St Stephen's Church and benefits the decade-old community-labor coalition. Tickets are $10-25 sliding scale; no one will be turned away. Purchase tickets online or contact DC JwJ at rcastel@dclaborarchives.org 202-974-8281.
