"Scrooge" Award Voting Opens

Who’s the biggest Scrooge of all? You decide! Voting is now open for the 2010 DC Scrooge of the Year. Last year’s Scrooge was Adrian Fenty, now the former DC Mayor, so this year’s nominees -- Walmart, Washington Hospital Center and the Washington Ballet – are likely not looking for a “win” in this award.
