Election Update: Two Key Ballot Initiatives

The Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO urges your support for the following ballot initiatives in the District and Maryland:
District Of Columbia: Proposed Charter Amendment IV
Vote FOR the Charter Amendment that would allow voters to elect the Attorney General for a 4-year term of office.
Montgomery County: County Question A
Vote FOR the Referendum on Law Enacted by County Council (Emergency Medical Services Transport Fee), which will allow for the recovery of ambulance transport costs from premiums already paid to insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid.
