"Working Lunch" Videos Available Online

Working Lunch, the DC Labor FilmFest’s 2010 compilation of eight short videos about labor, is now available online. The 24-minute collection includes three music videos, a brief documentary on janitors, and a scathingly funny video about “captive audience” meetings. The shorts are mostly just a couple of minutes long and Working Lunch can be viewed in its entirety or viewers can click on specific videos. “Making Working Lunch” available online brings the Labor FilmFest to workers and workplaces around the world,” says DC Labor FilmFest Director Chris Garlock. The FilmFest plans to begin selecting and publicizing labor videos on a regular basis: email suggestions to streetheat@dclaborarchives.org
