Edwards & Brown Headline Labor Breakfast Rally Saturday

Congresswoman Donna Edwards and Maryland Lt. Governor Anthony Brown (below, second from left) will headline Saturday’s Labor Breakfast rally in Prince George's County. "Prince George's County is my home county," Brown tells Union City, "I want to personally thank the union members who are volunteering their time to door-knock other union members on behalf of the Governor and myself. We really appreciate their efforts.” The PG breakfast rally is one of many being held across the state (click here for the list of area events) by the Maryland State/DC AFL-CIO to rally volunteers and encourage union members to turn out in large numbers on Election Day. The Breakfast Rally will begin at 8A at the IBEW 26 union hall, 4371 Parliament Place in Lanham.
