New PG Coalition To Rally For Elected School Board

Several Prince George’s County-based Metro Council affiliates, working in coalition with other Prince George's County organizations, are planning a rally next week in Annapolis to support the return of an elected school board. The Prince George’s County Association of School Principals and Administrators, AFSCME 2250 and UFCW 400 have joined the NAACP, the Young Latino Leadership Council, Parents’ Action Committee for Education, Mitchellville-Largo-Kettering Education Coalition, and the South County Economic Development Association.
