At last month’s Labor Seder, DC Council Chairman Vincent Gray (r) pledged to help preserve the city’s safety net. Now it's time for him to deliver on his promises! Chairman Gray has a long history of supporting DC's safety net and we’re working to convince him – and other key Councilmembers -- that now is the time for bold leadership to raise taxes on the highest-earning DC residents to generate the revenue the District needs to invest in an economic recovery that includes everyone.
