"Showdown On K Street" Set For Monday

Thousands of union members and area activists plan to converge on K street in downtown DC on Monday for a “Showdown on K Street” organized by the AFL-CIO, National People’s Action, Jobs with Justice and SEIU. “The big banks and other reckless corporations have hijacked our democracy, and we are coming to Washington DC to take it back,” say event organizers, “join us!"
