Timely Forum On Whistleblowers

With the news dominated by recent workplace accidents in Montcoal, West Virginia, the Tesaro Refinery explosion in Washington State and BP's Deepwater oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico, it's a good time to examine the role of whistleblowers on the job. At a special forum hosted by Professionals for the Public Interest (PftPI) this Tuesday, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) David Michaels will discuss the role OSHA plays in enforcing whistleblower statutes.
