Labor Photo: Future Apprentices Graduate

Eight graduates celebrated their completion of a six-week pre-apprenticeship program in DC Friday afternoon. The Joint Carpentry Apprenticeship School ran the training program, funded by the DC Department of Employment Services. The Community Services Agency also provided 30 hours of Job Readiness Training for the men and will work to ensure they are placed in good union jobs.
