Organizer Training Set for June

Registration is now open for the AFL-CIO Organizing Institute’s June 6-8 organizer training in Baltimore. “The purpose of this training is to give activist members basic organizing skills,” TJ Marsallo tells UNION CITY. “If you’re looking to train members to help work on your organizing campaigns here’s your chance.” The session includes training on: one-on-one communication skills; how to move workers to take action; leadership identification and the basic elements of a union organizing campaign.
