Showing Love for Paid Sick Leave: Asking "Kiss Paid Sick Leave Goodbye? No Way!" supporters of the Paid Sick and Safe Leave bill launched a Valentine Day Action Wednesday to build momentum against a proposed amendment that would exempt tipped restaurant workers from getting paid sick leave. "This is an easy way for anyone dining out in DC over the next few days to help us reach the restaurant workers who may lose their paid sick days," says DC Jobs with Justice Organizer Ruth-Castel Branco. "Just print out the card and drop it in your bill!"
