Residents Keep DC Vote Fight Brewing: Nearly one hundred activists braved the cold weather Sunday to rally for DC voting rights on the 234th anniversary of the Boston Tea Party, reports David Nakamura in Monday’s Washington Post. “Organizers doled out hot cups of orange pekoe tea and doughnuts and called on Congress and President Bush to support the DC voting rights bill” and reacted the famous Boston Tea Party protest, Nakamura reported.
