DC Vote Calls on McCain & Brownback to "Stop the Hippo-Crispy"

Join the hippos this morning as they call on Senators John McCain and Sam Brownback to "Stop the Hippo-crisy" and end their filibuster of DC voting rights. DC Vote is organizing "Hippos Follow Hypocrites" from 9-10A outside the Washington Hilton Hotel. "The Senators both changed their positions," reports Ann Hoffman, "voting against giving DC voting rights a chance to be heard on the merits in the Senate.  They will be at the Washington Hilton to appear as presidential candidates before Republican 'Values Voters' gathered by the Family Research Council and Focus on the Family."
