CSA's Annual Pack & Drop

The Community Services Agency's annual "pack & drop" is set for next Wednesday beginning at 10:30A. "If you can volunteer for an hour or so it makes a huge difference," says CSA's Kathleen McKirchy. Volunteers will help package up and deliver Labor Division United Way materials to national unions in the Metro DC area. "You can pack and deliver or just one or the other," notes McKirchy, "Only a few hours required. We will assign folks to a particular county or section of DC so you don't have to cover the entire metro area, usually just 5-10 stops per car. It's fun!" The schedule: Wed Oct 3, 10:30A packing; 11:30A delivering. Location: United Way, 1725 I Street NW; METRO Farragut West (blue and orange). Temporary parking for drivers is available out front.
