Song, Dance, and Scrooge-Of-The-Year at DC JwJ Winter Cabaret

(Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO)With performances ranging from the Hula Huskers (right) to the Options Peals Step Team, this weekend’s DC Jobs with Justice Winter Cabaret is “the place to be for food, fun, and solidarity” says DC JwJ’s Lillian Walker-Shelton. Activists from local unions and community organizations will share stories of working with DC JwJ and the night will culminate with the crowning of the 2012 “Scrooge of the Year” (“Who's the 2012 ‘Scrooge of the Year’?” UC 11/13/2012).
