(Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO)Lucky IUEC 10 Member: Elevator Constructor Bryan Caperones is a lucky guy. How lucky? Caperones and his wife, Christina, who had previously won prizes of $5,000 and $10,000 in the Maryland Lottery – recently won a cool million dollars in the Lottery’s "Lucky 7s Book" game. “Christina wants a beach house in Myrtle Beach, SC and Bryan wants a Dodge Viper,” reports IUEC Local 10, but “with a 4-year-old and a 2-month old, maybe they better think about putting it in the bank.”
