Washington Teachers Help Feed Hungry

Saunders presented a check and canned food items last week in support of WHUR-FM Howard University Radio’s annual Food 2 Feed Drive. “WTU is pleased to support this great cause for those in need,” said Saunders. “Our teachers are not only committed to our students, but also to their communities. I call upon other union leaders to do the same and give back during this holiday season.” WHUR FM has hosted the annual Food 2 Feed Drive to feed those in need in Washington, D.C. for more than three decades.
