May Day In Colombia

The U.S./Labor Education in the Americas Project’s delegation to join Colombian workers as they demand an end to the ongoing violence against trade unionists is set for April 29-May 7th. US/LEAP is an independent non-profit organization working with U.S. trade unions to support worker rights in Latin America. Delegation participants will join Colombian trade unionists in May Day celebrations, connect with Colombian trade unionists, learn about the effects of U.S. trade and aid policies and voice opposition about violence in Colombia. $1450 covers travel within Colombia, lodging, translation, local travel, and food but DOES NOT include airfare to and from Colombia.
