LRAA Supporters Make "Final Push"

Saying that “the fight to prevent poverty wages in the District is far from over,” supporters of the Large Retailer Accountability Act are lobbying DC City Council member Tommy Wells to provide the critical 9th vote to override DC Mayor Vincent Gray’s veto of the LRAA. The DC City Council will vote on the override tomorrow; email Tommy Wells now to urge him to stand with working families in the District. LRAA supporters will stage a noontime rally tomorrow at the Wilson building.
