“but I thought you might be interested to know that AFGE Local 3034
represents
the National Park Service employees at the Johnstown Flood National Park as
well as those at Allegheny Portage Railroad, Fort Necessity, and Friendship
Hill parks.” Along with Frick, Andrew Mellon, Andrew Carnegie and Samuel Rey
were all owners of the resort whose dam, holding back the lake on the property,
sent water cascading into Johnstown in 1889, drowning more than 2,200 men,
