Labor Heritage Foundation Announces Photo Contest

(Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO)The Labor Heritage Foundation has announced a contest for the photo that best represents this year’s Great Labor Arts Exchange theme, “Gonna Take Us All: Labor and Community United!” The Newspaper Guild is sponsoring the contest with $1000 in cash prizes; entries will be judged by participants at the 35th annual Great Labor Arts Exchange June 28-30. Awards will given in three categories: Best Student Photo (Grades K-12), Best Amateur Photo and Best Professional Photo.
