Eye Contact Key to Success, Hospitality Professional Tells Students(Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO)

“Always maintain good eye contact and have reasonable goals for the next five years,” advised hospitality professional from National Harbor Karen Culpepper, who took part in Hospitality Express 4 Success mock interviews with program participants this past Monday. The program is a joint venture between the Community Services Agency, The Training Source, Inc, and Prince George's Community College. This inaugural cohort of young Prince George's County residents between the ages of 18-26 will receive hospitality industry professional skills training, program certifications, and job placement. A Prince George's County resident and parent herself, Culpepper said she was excited to be a part of the interview training.
