DCNA Reaches Agreement on Key Issues at Howard

(Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO)Just before Christmas, DCNA cancelled the informational picket at Howard University scheduled for December 24th ("DCNA to Hold Holiday Picket at HUH," UC 12/21/2012) after it reached agreement on several key issues related to bargaining over the successor collective bargaining agreement.  “Thank you for your assistance and support,” said DCNA staff attorney Ed Smith, “We’ll keep you posted” on further developments.
