CSA's News You Can Use: The Best Way to Help Sandy's Victims

(Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO)With hundreds of thousands of New York and New Jersey residents still in the dark and cold after the double whammy of Hurricane Sandy and last week’s winter storm, the Community Services Agency and the AFL-CIO are urging financial support. “Money is the best thing to send!” says CSA Executive Director Kathleen McKirchy. “It doesn’t need to be sorted, schlepped or delivered and it helps folks the most.” Contributions can be made on-line to the Hurricane Sandy Recovery Fund.
