Healthcare Allies Rally to Protect the Affordable Care Act

(Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO)Unions and community allies will rally outside the Supreme Court next week as opponents of the Affordable Care Act descend on DC. The Supreme Court will hold three days of historic hearings on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Conservative Tea Partiers and the Republican National Committee are firing up their base against President Obama's signature achievement on health care. “We need your help forming picket lines in support of President Obama and the Affordable Care Act to protect the law and show how it’s improving people’s lives every day!” says the Protect Your Care coalition.
