Negotiations Continue at Howard: “Howard University Hospital’s two largest labor unions [AFSCME Local 2094 and DC Nurses Association] say executives are pursuing an audacious strategy to freeze them out, refusing to negotiate new contracts long after the prior pacts expired” reported the Washington Business Journal last Friday, Feb 24.
