Labor Chorus Scores Wammie Nomination

(Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO)The DC Labor Chorus – a familiar sight and sound on local picket lines and area labor events – has been nominated for a coveted Wammie this year in the Choral category. Formally known as the Washington Area Music Awards, the Wammies recognize significant career achievements by area musicians.
